Description

The SMT EQ Single Length irons pair two head designs to optimize performance across the bag. The long irons (#5 and #6) use a hollow-body construction with the weight pushed low and back to launch the ball higher and easier, similar to that of a hybrid. The mid and short irons switch to a cavity-back design with a deep undercut, adding perimeter weighting for extra forgiveness right where you need it. Cast from 431 stainless steel, the heads can also be bent for loft and lie to dial in your fit. These heads have the same head weight, lie angle, and offset throughout the entire set, to ensure that every club feels and swings exactly the same.

Available in 5-iron through 52° wedge, the EQ Series simplifies the iron game without giving up forgiveness or distance control — a great fit for golfers of any skill level looking for more consistent, confident ball striking.

Never knew I needed these

I will admit, I was concerned and al.ost regretted buying cheap clubs, up until the arrived. Holy smokes these things feel fantastic. I thought single length was gimmicky but gave it a go with the price of these. I don't think I will go back. When you hit that perfect golf shot you absolutely know it. That and being a cavity back iron, they are very forgiving. Only thing I wish it had was a 4iron. I may call and ask about that. Club quality is really good. I would not hesitate to buy these again or suggest them to anyone looking into single length irons.

SMT EQ Single Length Irons

Due to age, I am moving from blades to irons that provide some help. For no particular reason I decided to go with single length irons and these are nice. It has taken me some time to get used to these irons, but I am slowing getting the hang of it and am finding them to provide the help I was seeking. No gain in distance but make solid contact much more often. Got quick service.

Nice but not for me.

Nice looking clubhead, but after playing golf for 65 years, I cannot seem to adapt to the single length concept.

Just getting used to them. Not certain of yardage yet.

Dropped handicap 8 points.

These irons feel great. I have more confidence in my swing. And in main part due to single length irons and fairway woods, I lowered my handicap 8 points this season!
