Please follow these instructions for a return.
1. Individually wrap each club head, either in the original bubble wrap protectors or they can also be wrapped in newspaper. This is to protect the heads from knocking against each other during shipping which can cause damage. Any damage to the heads caused by improper packaging will be deducted from your refund amount.
2. Pack the clubs in the original box if you still have it, otherwise use a 4x4x48 long box. The easiest method of packing is to bundle 3-5 clubs together with a rubber band around the heads and the grips, and slide them into the box with the heads first. Then bundle the remaining clubs with rubber bands and insert them with the grips going in first. Fill any empty space in the box with bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper.
3. Ship the return to the following address. We HIGHLY recommend using a shipping service which offers tracking as well as insurance for the value of the clubs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit you will need to file a claim with the shipping service that you used. Please send us the tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org once they have been shipped so we can put that on your order to track the return.

4. Once your return is received, we will process the return and email you with a breakdown of your refund within 2-3 business days. After that, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on the payment method used for the purchase.
