Shipping policy

The shipping timeframe varies depending on the time of year and how busy we are, but the average turnaround time to build and ship an order is about 7-10 business days. Sometimes we get orders out a little quicker, but when we're very busy it can take a few days longer. If there is ever a situation were your order will take longer than 10 business days to ship, we will contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay and what the expected shipping date will be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country and/or shipping company. THESE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING RATES, AND MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT UPON DELIVERY. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be, therefore if you would like more information before placing an order you should contact your local customs office. Any order which is refused at the time of delivery will be returned to us and will be considered a "return". Once we receive the shipment back you will receive a refund of your original purchase price minus any charges from the carrier for returning the package to us, minus our standard 15% restocking fee for a return of custom made clubs. EXAMPLE: Your order total was $700 USD w/free shipping, and the delivery was refused and the carrier charged a return fee of $60, your refund would be as follows: $700 - 15% restocking fee ($105) - $60 return shipping =  $535 refund.
