Refund policy
Returns
All clubs ordered from Single Length Golf can be returned for a refund within 30 days of when you receive them (see below for return conditions). We want to make sure that you feel comfortable buying clubs online that you have most likely never hit before, especially when trying a new concept like single length irons. You can hit the clubs as much as you want during the 30 days to try them out. If you find yourself having any issues adjusting to the single length concept, please contact us for some helpful tips. We're always willing to work with you and possibly even give you more time to get adjusted if necessary.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:
1) A 15% restocking fee will be charged on sets of clubs which are returned brand new, sealed in the original plastic, and never used. Since all of our clubs are custom made to order, this restocking fee covers the time it will take to disassemble your set and return everything to parts which can be used for another order.
2) A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all sets which have been used, no matter how much or how little they were used. Even clubs which were only hit indoors or with tape on the face will be considered used, as they can no longer be resold as new.
3) Any missing or damaged clubs will be deducted from the refund. In the case of a missing club you will be notified first to see if you have the club to send back, or if a club is damaged beyond normal wear & tear a damage fee will be charged not to exceed the pro-rated value of the individual club. EXAMPLE: You ordered a 9 club set with graphite shafts for a total of $383, but you only send back 8 clubs, the pro-rated amount per club of $42.56 would be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and give you a breakdown of your refund amount. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Reasons for rejection would be if the clubs are damaged, if clubs are missing from the set, or if the wrong clubs were sent to us (believe it or now, we've had people send back clubs that they bought somewhere else). If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t seen a refund post to your account after 7-10 business days from the date of the return, please contact us at 602-612-9350 or via email at sales@singlelength.com.
Shipping a return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx, rather than sending them through the post office. Or, if you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label we can email one to you, and the amount of the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
