should I be concerned with the lie angle on this set? My last fitted set was 2 up.

You can request the clubs to be bent 2 degrees upright. To do that you need to first select "zero tolerance loft & lie" option at the bottom, and then you will be give the option to select your desired lie angle.

What is the standard length of these irons ?

Standard length for this set is that of a standard 7-iron, which is 37".

additional cost for 4 iron and sand wedge

The cost to add a SW would be $35, you just need to select a set configuration from the drop-down menu which includes the SW and the price will update accordingly. As for a 4-iron, unfortunately there isn't one available for this particular set, but we do have a #4 hybrid available.
